Sustainability only works if we make this easy, so we are doing our best to constantly improve the system.
If you bought online you should already have received your return envelope in the box. But if you have lost it or it was missing then please fill in below and we will sort it out for you. If you bought at a one of our retail partners please follow the steps below.
Please input your name and contact details and in the message section please add your address. Please also advise how many cartridges you need to refill, we will then send you all the elements you need and instructions for returning the items to us so that we can clean and reuse the cartridges.
